Cancellation/Refund/Change Policy
You Must Contact Us to state that you agree to the terms and conditions of the Cancellation/Refund/Change Policy of Eastern Iowa Shuttle Service, LLC before transport can take place:
Charges for the reservation will apply and are final. Credit card payments will be processed 24 hours after reservation date and time. You, the consumer have 24 hours from the date and time of reservation confirmation to cancel. No refunds are available 24 hours after confirmation.
The 24 hour cancellation policy does not apply when an unreserved or immediate request for pick up is needed. Immediate requests for pick up requires a major credit card. If the driver is in route and the consumer elects to cancel while the driver is in route for pick up charges will apply in the form of 50% of the quoted fare.
If your flight is delayed, rescheduled or cancelled by the airline by which you have no ability to direct you have up to 48 hours to reschedule the original trip which is subject to schedule availability.
If your flight is delayed or changed and this delay interferes with another party's transport you may have to wait at the airport until after the other party is transported. If destination distances change charges and credits may apply.
If you, the consumer, elect to cancel the scheduled service no refund is available as you have purchased a block of time.
If you, the consumer, give wrong flight information or decide to change your flight itinerary you are subject to additional charges. Example: You pay for transport from your flight arriving at noon. Your driver is available to greet you at noon but you are not on the flight. You relay that you may be on the 6:00pm flight or you may be on the midnight flight - you are subject to an additional new fare as your driver cannot spend 12 hours waiting for you.
50% discounts on the next scheduled service will apply only as a result of natural disasters, storms and acts of nature beyond the control of you, the consumer, and the airline.
No Shuttle service is available Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day or New Year's Day.
