Service Bulletin
Pick Up and Deliveries:
After your reservation has been confirmed you will be picked up promptly on the date, time and location requested. Eastern Iowa Shuttle Service, LLC continuously monitors the fastest routes, plus weather and road conditions to ensure that you are picked up at your designated location and delivered to your destination on time.
Passengers delivered to the airport are dropped off at the airline curb in front of their airline's terminal. Baggage is unloaded where curbside assistance is always available.
Confirmed Reservations:
If you have a confirmed reservation and when you get off of your flight at the Quad City International Airport Eastern Iowa Airport Shuttle, LLC (James) will be waiting between the baggage area and the car rental area holding a sign that says "Shuttle."
No Reservation:
If you do not have a confirmed reservation and you get off of your flight at the Quad City International Airport Eastern Iowa Shuttle Service, LLC will be waiting in the same location holding a sign that says "Taxi." If you do not see James holding this sign go to the phone board on the east wall of the baggage area and dial 86. This is a direct line to Eastern Iowa Shuttle Service, LLC and you may arrange to be picked up as soon as time permits at airport exit #7.
Capacity:
The Eastern Iowa Shuttle Service, LLC sedan can fit three people comfortably with a maximum of four people. The trunk size of the vehicle will hold either six medium pieces of luggage, four large pieces of luggage or eight small pieces of luggage. Don't forget to ask for a child's car seat if you need one!

Your comfort is a priority to us. If you have the need to stop for a beverage, a meal or for any reason just let us know and we will assist you in any way we can in order to meet your personal needs.
